Elements that are sent together with the order


Together with your order you will receive an invoice issued by CentralCasa Ltd., which proves your purchase. To receive the invoice you may indicate a different address from the one chosen for the delivery of the order.

Sending conditions


All the packages are handled and shipped only on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
The transport companies do not make deliveries to PO.
In case of wrong delivery address provided or in case of absence of receiver, the expenses with a second shipment are exclusively customer’s responsibility.
When shipments outside Portugal are made by “Economic Shipping” method it means the dispatch will be handled by regular post without insurance added. This service is valid for packages up to 2kgs. Above 2 kgs please contact us for quote your delivery.
All our dispatches are registered and tracking number will be supplied to the costumer

Delivery date


For Continental Portugal and Islands: The deadline for the delivery of the material in stock is between 1 and 3 working days (for the Islands the delivery deadline may be up to 15 working days).

Deadline for delivery outside of Portugal: the deadline varies according to the country of destination, and the service chosen by the customer. It may vary between 1 business day of “Europe Express” method and 15 business days of “World Economic Shipping” method.

During the purchasing process, the site will inform you on the cost of transport and you will be able to validate your order or not.
The deadlines mentions at EuroX10 are indicative and can be different according with the region (remote regions) on the destination country, where the package will be delivered.
The delivery deadlines are valid only for goods which are available in stock and with payment confirmed.
Please notice the deadlines will be met unless the delivery address isn’t correct or due to extraordinary circumstances.
In any case EuroX10 may be liable for any delays at the deliver.
The delivery time can be extended in periods of high flow of objects, such as holiday and Christmas periods.

Delays and loss of merchandise in the delivery


In case of loss or theft of the product sent to the customer, the delivery deadline can be extended. If, after 5 working days from the expected date for the delivery of equipment, the customer has not yet received it, he must get in touch with EuroX10 as soon as possible, by e-mail info@eurox10.com, to explain the situation - we shall take the necessary measures for its resolution.
