Training
One main goal of CentralCasa is the training to (future) installers and entrepreneurs
either in techniques schools and universities as well as the companies which intend
to actuate in this area of business, supporting itself in the concepts key of the
Home Automation: the rationalization and exploitation of the natural resources (water,
light,
) and autonomy of the people with special needs (aged, carrying of deficiency,
etc.).
CentralCasa has supported strongly the education of the Home Automation in Portugal:
it carried through, with excellent result, some school internship in partnership
with FEUP Faculty of Engineering of the University of the Oporto, with ISEP -
Superior Institute of Engineering of Oporto and collaborates with the IEFP Institute
of Job and Professional Formation in the formation of technician of electricity
and Home Automation. The contribution in the development of special applications
for people with necessities is distinguished equally.
Courses 2008
Course of introduction to the Home Automation X-10 protocol:
- Evolution of the Home Automation throughout the last decade;
- Development of the supports, techniques, reliability and protocols;
- Introduction to the basic concepts of Home Automation;
- Identify the technique of Home Automation X-10 protocol, how it works, how to design
and how to program an installation;
- Execute a practical connection of an electric installation with Home Automation
components, for control of illumination, shutters/blinds and central functions;
- Adapt a classic installation to the concept of shutters/blinds X-10 protocol;
- Resolve the most usual problems in a Home Automation electrical installation.
